My Big Fat Greek Sock

... is done!! The first one, that is:

It's a little loose around the ankle, but I love it!

I finally learned the Kitchener Stitch to finish the toe (instead of doing a three-needle-bindoff).  I learned it from a video on YouTube.  I was always put off by written instructions because it looked like I would have to make an effort and actually think or something in order to do it ...  The video made it easy.

I am trying to be good and knit the second sock, and finish the second "Knee Hi" glove before I start anything new.

I'm not very good at knitting things that come in pairs.

That sock looks fantastic! And congrats on the new toe closure... it's really not that bad once you get the hang of it, and it looks finished and professional.

    yay for socks!
