Totally Drank the Kool-Aid
For my non-sock knitting friends who hope that I am going to grow out of this soon, I am afraid that it is getting worse: I joined a sock club, the Sanguine Gryphon Fairy Tale Sock Club.
I never thought I would do it, but this one intrigued me because I love those Sanguine Gryphon yarns and colors, and the socks in last year's club were really cool (you can see them at the link above). This club has three installments, each is a sock design based on a fairy tale. It's the whimsical aspect of the club that really appeals to me.
But wait, it gets worse. After I joined that sock club, I went and took a peek at Tsock Flock Club, presided over by the Tsarina of Tsocks, whom I encounter frequently on the ravelry boards. I tried to resist, but I couldn't help myself when I saw how much fun the Tsock Flock has in their ravelry forum... The tsock that intrigues me the most is the Cleopatra.
I guess that I am going to have to knit socks for my anti-sock knitter friends so that they won't get too annoyed with me. So, what's your shoe size, Linda?
