Too Much Mojo?

For a while I had become a more disciplined knitter.  I always had several WIP's, but I did make myself finish things before starting new ones.  Then, when I was out on medical leave, I got bored with my three projects (and the other ones had to stay in hibernation because they were too heavy for August).  So I indulged in playing around with some new stuff.

I also spent a lot of time on Ravelry poring over projects and patterns and finding new yarns.  Now my old insatiable creativity monster is back and I want to cast on to try something new just about every day.  I'm also back at work now, so I can't spend all day playing with string ...

I am so in love with the Sanguine Gryphon yarns and color palette that I couldn't let the Eidos sock yarn just sit there.  Plus there was this pattern that I discovered on Ravelry that I was dying to try.  So here it is, one beautiful fingerless glove:

I call it the "Gorgia Genmaicha" because the colorway is Gorgia and the name of the pattern is Genmaicha.

Here is the back side:

I am now chomping at the bit to do some cable experiments with this beautiful cashmere/silk from The Sanguine Gryphon:

However, I keep telling myself to finish something before starting something new.  No, I tell myself, one glove is not "finishing" something ...  not without the second glove.
