For the past few months we have been very hush-hush about an extraordinary creation that one of our customers was knitting for the Cherry Tree Hill Supersock Design Contest.  The final deadline for the contest has passed, and Jody has submitted her Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.  You can see the pictures on her blog. 

Jody brought it into the shop before she sent it off to Cherry Tree Hill, and it is absolutely stunning.  Herta, who is a perfectionist, was truly amazed.  She raved about the quality of the work and announced that she never could have designed anything like it.

I believe that Cherry Tree Hill will be posting pictures of the finalists soon to allow people to vote for the winner.  I'll let everyone know when the voting starts.

It took longer than expected to get home from TNNA.  We made good time driving up there, but ran out of steam on the way home.  I didn't get back to the shop until today and have only just started catching up on orders and email.  Depending on how busy the shop is this weekend, we should be caught up by Sunday or Monday.
